Ask the supplier to explain the current planning assumptions and the milestones proposed for the order. Request dated updates or relevant planning records where available and applicable. A photograph of equipment or a general workshop video does not, by itself, establish the delivery status of a specific new order.
Clarify what must happen before the schedule can be confirmed, including required information and buyer decisions. Ask which event marks factory completion and how any outstanding items will be reported. Transport arrangements and the agreed destination should be considered separately whenever they fall outside the stated production scope.
For coordination with TAIDA GLOBAL, record each timing statement together with its reference date, scope and remaining assumptions. Review changes against the same baseline. This provides a clearer way to follow progress and discuss delivery expectations without converting an unsupported claim into a confirmed project commitment.
