40.5-Ton Rail-Mounted Gantry Crane Supplied to Semarang, Indonesia

Gantry crane equipment—one complete 40.5-ton rail-mounted set—was delivered by TAIDA GLOBAL on July 8, 2026, to Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, for a railway logistics and heavy cargo handling project.The shipment included the main girder, gantry legs, trolley assemblies, electrical components, maintenance platforms, installation accessories, and spare parts.

Before transportation, the project team inspected the structural condition, lifting points, main-girder rail, surface coating, transport supports, and securing arrangement. The oversized components were loaded onto heavy-duty trailers with suitable support structures to distribute the load and reduce the risk of deformation during transportation.After arriving at the project site, the main girder was lifted during a scheduled nighttime operation. Crane capacity, lifting points, sling positions, working-area clearance, lighting conditions, and communication between the operators, riggers, signalmen, and installation team were controlled throughout the process.

The girder was raised slowly, guided toward the installation area, and kept stable while its position was adjusted. The lifting and handling arrangement was reviewed before the component was released for the next installation stage.
